Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Bookings
are by reservation only, no walk ins please. In order to best
serve our guests, it is prudent to make an early reservation.
Reservations are taken on a first booked basis. We
would appreciate it very much if you notify us in the event that you need to cancel your reservation.

Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. For deposit
refund details please read the "Cancellation Policy" section below. For last minute bookings (less than 24 hours notice) we
require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reservation total. All deposits can be paid through PayPal using a PayPal
account or major credit card. If you wish to book a room, please email us and we will send you the
PayPal details.
All monetary values in Canadian Dollars.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Reservations cancelled with more than 14 (fourteen) days notice before
date of arrival will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee. (Deposit less $10 will be refunded)
2) Reservations cancelled with less
than 14 (fourteen) days notice before date of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00 per night per
room.
3)
Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice before date of arrival - or failure to arrive - will be charged the full deposit
amount. (No Refund)
Please Note:
Cancellation fees, less $10.00 processing fee, will be waived if we are able to rebook the dates.
